The Surion Program is aimed at developing complete transmission and accessories for the Surion helicopter. As Project Specialist Surion – Intern you will report to the Surion Advanced Program Manager (APM) and you will assist, learn and contribute in the preparation of Program Weekly Operative Rhythms (WOR) by collaborating with all relevant functions.This internship is structured to offer a practical learning experience, allowing the intern to acquire valuable skills while actively supporting the progress and success of the Surion Program.Job Description
Essential Responsibilities
Contribute in the preparation of the Weekly Operative Rhythms (WOR), cooperating with the cross-functional Program Team (ENG, GSC, QUA, etc.).
Support the Surion Advanced Program Manager (APM) in tracking and actively participate in Line-of-Balance (LOB) meetings to ensure hardware availability aligns with the Master Schedule plan
Learn how to assist the Surion APM in managing customer relationships and contracts to identify opportunities and maximize benefits
Gain experience and learn how to perform risk assessments and monitoring the execution of mitigation activities
Contribute to the development of plans aimed at addressing customer concerns and enhancing customer satisfaction
Assist and support the management of Purchase Orders, including Certificates of Milestones’ Achievement, invoicing, and tracking collections
Learn how to monitor program costs to ensure alignment with the business plan and defined budget
Organize and archive program documentation to ensure proper record-keeping.
Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Finance field
Good planning and organizational skills
Ability to quickly respond to and manage project changes
Proactive, self-starter and determined
Capable of building and maintaining a professional network
Good interpersonal skills
Effective communication skills with a strong sense of urgency
Process-oriented with an analytical mindset
Fluent Italian and English
Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required
