What are your contributions to the team?
- Administer Maximo environments, including user access, security roles, workflows, and integrations;
- Configure modules such as Work Management, Inventory, Purchasing, Preventive Maintenance, and Asset Management;
- Support the migration of legacy Maximo systems to modern platforms, including cloud deployments;
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement system enhancements and performance improvements;
- Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reports using Maximo and Power BI;
- Provide training and documentation to end users;
- Ensure data quality and standardization across sites;
- Participate in change management initiatives.
How to thrive in this role?
- College diploma or university degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field;
- 3–5 years of experience administering IBM Maximo
- Strong knowledge of asset lifecycle management;
- Experience with Maximo integrations (ERP, IoT, GIS, Azure);
- Familiarity with SQL, automation scripts, and workflow configuration;
- Bilingual (French/English) preferred;
- Experience with Maximo version 4.11 (Asset);
- Experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF) (Asset).
