Purpose of Position

The Senior Warranty Clerk works with maintenance vendors ensuring they are receiving payments timely by reconciling statements, working disputed invoices with the vendor, communicating information to Maintenance Auditors, and relaying current information to the vendor.The Senior Warranty Clerk also manages the electronic invoice process for multiple vendors to ensure they are coming in correctly, and correct exceptions as they happen.Responsible for all credit memos, receiving, capturing, matching, and distributing.Assists with capturing and balancing maintenance and parts invoices in Carma system, performing a three-way match in the Materials system.

Tasks and Responsibilities

Reconcile maintenance vendor statements
Work dispute with both vendors and Auditors
Responsible for all credit memos, entry, matching, distributing
Manage all electronic invoicing into Carma including exceptions
Assist with creating warranty claims on vendor sites and entry in Carma
Work with Materials on parts invoices that cannot be matched in the materials system
Performs 3-way match of parts invoices in materials System
Enter/create new vendors in AP system for approval
