As an A&P Line Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for conducting inspections, troubleshooting, and performing both routine and non-routine maintenance on in-service aircraft. This fast-paced role requires efficiency, precision, and a strong commitment to safety and quality. You will work in accordance with FAA regulations, company policies, and customer maintenance programs—supporting aircraft readiness for scheduled departures. This role includes Return to Service responsibilities and may involve off-site support and travel as needed.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform troubleshooting, routine and non-routine maintenance, and inspections on in-service aircraft.
• Ensure all maintenance tasks are completed in accordance with technical data, regulatory standards, and customer requirements.
• Return aircraft to service using approved logbooks and documentation.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of maintenance actions.
• Operate safely and efficiently in an active flight line environment.
• Communicate effectively with crew leads, inspectors, and customer representatives.
• Provide support during AOG or off-site events as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license required.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic understanding of FAA regulations related to CFR Part 145 repair station operations.
• Must provide tools as outlined in the company-required tool list.
• Strong communication skills and a focus on safety and quality.
• Preference given to candidates with a strong electronics background.
• Ability to complete a pre-employment 10-year Criminal Background Check, and standard FAA DOT drug test.
• Reliable personal transportation/vehicle required.
• Proof of US citizenship.
• Valid US Driver’s License.
• MUST have basic tools/box.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

• 2+ years of 767 experience is highly preferred.
• Prior experience with Boeing 767 Classic & Next Gen aircraft.
• Line or heavy maintenance experience on B737, B747, B757, B777, A320, or ERJ series aircraft.
• Experience in a fast-paced, on-wing maintenance environment supporting regional or transport jets.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to work at heights up to 80 feet and lift up to 75 pounds.
• Must be able to bend, crawl, twist, and maintain physical positions for extended periods.
• Ability to work in tight/confined spaces while wearing respiratory equipment.
• Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for tool use.
