You will play a pivotal role in conducting in-depth financial analysis and modeling to support data-driven decisions, positioning you at the forefront of executive-level strategy and company performance evaluation.
Lead the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning cycles in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Conduct financial research and analysis to assess business performance and support investment, budgeting, and cost management decisions.
Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to gauge and project the impact of business strategies, economic scenarios, and capital investments.
Calculate and interpret financial metrics to monitor the company’s fiscal health, identify trends, and provide insightful performance reports.
Create and present monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reports, including variance analyses and actionable insights for leadership.
Monitor spanet trends, economic conditions, and risk factors to evaluate investment opportunities and recommend capital allocation strategies.
Utilize financial statements, reports, and models to support strategic decision-making and improve operational efficiency.
Partner with Accounting on month-end processes to ensure financial accuracy and alignment.
Drive continuous improvements in reporting, forecasting accuracy, and planning tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
4–7 years of progressive experience in financial planning, corporate finance, or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of financial statements, budgeting, and GAAP.
Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with Salesforce and BI tools.
Familiarity with SQL or other data query tools.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to simplify complex financial data.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels.
Highly organized with the capability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
