• This role is part of the Next-Gen Operations Platform and Business team within the Integrated Operations Center division. As Manager, Project Planning you will lead planning, tooling, and cross-functional alignment within our Next-Gen Operations initiative. This role plays a critical part in driving the success of a multi-year transformation by ensuring seamless coordination across workstreams, proactively managing risks and dependencies, and championing process improvement efforts.

• ​Manages and directs the work of project managers and provides managerial oversight for multiple projects
• Monitors project scopes, costs, schedules, staffing, communications, and deliverables
• Develops standards, processes, and tools used for effective project scheduling to set and manage quality targets
• Creates long and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines
• Tracks at risk metrics and facilitates actions to keep projects on track
• Establishes data collection and reporting processes to capture key metrics of project activities and provide frequent reporting updates
• Facilitates meetings, records minutes, follow up on actions taken, and logging of issues/risks
• Builds compelling presentations used to obtain alignment on key initiatives
• Effectively communicates status to stakeholders including various levels of leadership
• Tracks and updates Product Objectives and Key Results to ensure priorities are aligned with the business needs

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience/training
• 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager or similar position responsible for defining and managing project scope, timelines, and effective delivery of products.
• 1-3 years supervisory experience

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

• PMI or PMP certification or similar from an accredited organization
• Experience working with Agile methods and tools
• Experience with Azure DevOps.

• Knowledge and experience with the Agile framework
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to be flexible and capable of adapting to constant change
• Ability to effectively meet deadlines and prioritize tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment
• Ability to work in a stressful environment
