The role is part of the Corporate Secretarial & Regulatory Compliance team, responsible for ensuring robust governance and adherence to regulatory requirements. This position requires a detail-oriented professional with strong knowledge of corporate laws and compliance & governance processes.
Qualification & Experience: Qualified Company Secretary with 5 6 years of experience. Degree in law would be an added advantage.
Skill set/ Key Competencies: • Strong understanding of Companies Act, SEBI regulations.
• Familiarity with compliance tracking systems and international laws.
• Excellent drafting and documentation skills. • Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office and regulatory filing portals. Job responsibility:
• Draft agenda, minutes, and supporting documentation for Board and Committee meetings.
• Prepare and file ROC forms • Assist in incorporation of overseas branches and ensure international compliances with respect to overseas Branches
• Operate the compliance management tool and assist in the quarterly reporting.
• Assist in all activities related to dividend declaration
• Assist in responding to shareholders queries and grievances
• Assist in all activities in relation to transfer of shares and unclaimed dividend to IEPF
• Managing compliances related to SEBI Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulation
