SPY-6 is seeking a highly motivated PICC to help execute SPY-6 Above Deck Equipment (ADE) Array Production. The SPY-6 Family of Radars consists of four radar variants V(1), V(2), V(3) & V(4), each scaled in size to meet the need and mission of each ship class. This role focuses on the concurrent production and delivery of all 4 variants and associated Array subsystems.
Raytheon has completed low-rate initial production and is currently in full rate production for all variants. With the upcoming anticipated 2nd award of the Full Rate Production (FRP), Raytheon will continue building and delivering for many years to come.
The SPY-6 Above Deck Equipment consists primarily of the Array Face Sub-systems. Each variant has a unique array structure, common Radar modular assemblies, and associated subsystems that are sourced internally and with many national and some international suppliers.
The ADE PICC will work with the ADE program managers to meet all aspects of the above deck contract scope. This involves overseeing and coordinating the integration of various program elements to ensure they align with the overall project goals and timelines. This role may include tasks such as managing schedules, facilitating communication between different teams, and ensuring that all program components are integrated seamlessly. The ADE PICC will also be responsible for ADE PMO CAM responsibilities. The person selected for this role will be work with the ADE program Manager and the TRIMM and Array Program managers for all aspects of the SPY-6 Above Deck Equipment production.

What You Will Do:
- Supports and maintains key program metrics, helps defines program milestones/critical path/tactical direction and monitor adherence to program budgets and schedules ensuring program meets customer’s needs, schedule and financials as defined within the contract.
- Supports an executable baseline schedule, negotiating and executing change requirements.
- Supports implementation of a robust Risk & Opportunity Management plan, including proactive schedule risk management, to ensure predictable program performance.
- Uses approved program tracking control systems and reports that accurately measure progress, identifies potential problems in sufficient time for corrective action.
- Helps build and support the performance of the cross functional teams and sub-contractors.
- Supports requested program and corporate program management excellence reviews and actions to closure.
- Supports the development of the program Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and long-term financial outlook and commits the program to specific financial goals.

Qualifications You Must Have:
- A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years’ experience
- Prior Earned Value Management System (EVMS) experience or similar /Training
- Prior experience working with a DoD customer (s)
- Experience with program management tools such as Risk and Opportunity Management, Cost and Schedule Management
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Master’s Degree
- Experience with U.S. Navy customer
- IPT Leadership experience
- Technical knowledge of radars & radar production experience
- Knowledge of International Traffic and Arms (ITAR) & Export Import (EXIM) licensing requirements
- Experience in Supply Chain Management, Subcontract Management or Operations
- Experience with managing Risk & Opportunity
- Strong business acumen, communication, interpersonal skills & ability to influence

The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
