This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
What You’ll DoAs a Manufacturing Technician, you’ll:
- Support manufacturing operations and collaborate with engineers on setup and calibration.
- Perform rework, quality testing, and final assembly of aerospace components.
- Use advanced tools and programs to monitor and adjust manufacturing processes.
- Assist in developing and refining production methods.
- Contribute to experiments and continuous improvement initiatives.
What You BringRequired Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (education will be verified)
- 2+ years of hands-on manufacturing experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read technical drawings
- Skilled with hand tools and basic math/geometry
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and follow safety protocols
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in aerospace manufacturing
- Familiarity with epoxy/silicone adhesive prep and hazardous materials handling
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel

Pay Details: $25.61 to $26.20 per hour
