Responsibilities:

Perform hands-on maintenance and repair of airframes, powerplants, and related aircraft systems in accordance with FAA and company standards.

Complete airframe overhaul, disassembly, modifications, and upgrades including part removal, replacement, and installation.

Conduct inspections, troubleshooting, and functional testing on structures, engines, and systems.

Carry out system changes, component replacements, and systems checkouts.

Interpret and apply technical manuals, blueprints, schematics, and engineering documentation.

Lead and train team members in maintenance tasks and procedures, as required.

Support additional duties as assigned to meet operational demands.
Qualifications:

Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) License required.

Minimum 5 years of experience in jet, turboprop, piston engine, aircraft modification, or airframe/sheet metal maintenance.

Experience working in Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) environments.

Ability to operate pneumatic, power, and hand tools essential to aircraft maintenance tasks.

Proficient in interpreting technical blueprints, specifications, and engineering instructions.

Solid knowledge of jet, piston engine, and airframe principles and systems.

Physical Requirements

Must meet physical standards defined by Environmental Safety and Health guidelines.

Ability to work in standing, kneeling, or squatting positions as needed.

Good vision and ability to distinguish colors is required.
