Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Support
Manage and respond to daily operational emails from internal teams and external stakeholders. Maintain accurate records of communication and ensure timely follow-ups. Support the sales team with documentation and coordination tasks.
- Interdepartmental Interface:Serve as a liaison between the Sales Team and other internal departments, ensuring effective communication and alignment
- Reporting & Documentation
Work with different teams/departments to understand reporting requirements and deliver customized solutions.
Ensure data accuracy and consistency while preparing reports and presentations.
Ensure corporate agreements are initiated, tracked, and closed within defined timelines.
- Quality Control:Maintain individual performance standards and quality checks to ensure cases are handled without escalations.
- Quote Turnaround Time (TAT):Ensure adherence to required TAT to support sales efforts.
- Other Duties:Perform any other tasks or duties assigned as per business needs.
Qualification and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Aviation, Travel & Tourism, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in airline/travel background. Freshers with a passion for the airline industry are also encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in MS Office is preferred (Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
- Basic understanding of airline fares, Sky speed or GDS is a plus.
